Low voltage transformer foil winding machine BRJ1200-2 is mainly used to wind copper or aluminium foil with maximum width 1200mm. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with 15kw winding motor to drive the machine’s head for winding foil. TIG welding unit is adopted on the transformer foil winding machine for welding foil and bus bar together. With two foil dereelers and two insulation paper dereelers, the transformer foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of foil and one or two layers of insulation paper. Photoelectric sensors are adopted on the transformer foil winding machine to make sure the foil edge is neat when winding. The control system of the transformer foil winding machine is based on PLC , which can control the machine precisely. Touch screen interface makes the operations easy and intuitive when operating the transformer foil winding machine.
